YOUTH CLIMBING PROGRAMS
All youth programs require a 3 month minimum commitment. Youth Program Members pay monthly membership prices which include a full membership for all participants. Equipment is available for rent at $25 per month, or you may purchase your own. Each climber should have their own chalk bag and chalk.
YOUTH CLIMBING CLUB:
Looking for a program to introduce your child to the sport of indoor rock climbing? We focus on learning through fun and games, technique & terminology, knots, slacklining & much more. We meet twice a week, Tuesday & Thursday, 4:30-6 pm or 6:30-8 p.m.. Ages 6 yrs and up.
Youth Climbing Team:
This program is intended for those under 18 to train/compete. Teaching climbing technique and other competitive climbing abilities.
Our Youth Team meets twice a week, Tuesday & Thursday, 4:30-6 pm.
Homeschool Climbing Program:
Our Homeschool program is designed to promote physical fitness through the sport of indoor rock climbing.
We learn technique, knots, belaying (at age 13 yrs), slacklining, rappelling--as well as other sport related topics.
We encourage team building, communication, good sportsmanship, problem solving and cognitive skills.
Physically we work on stamina, strength, flexibility, balance all in a positive and supportive environment.

"Little Rockaneers" SUMMER CAMP
Mon-Fri, 9-11 pm, 4-5 yrs, $75 per climber, $60 members.
Our goal is to teach basic climbing skills to these little ones who have endless amounts of energy!! Whether learning to walk the balance beam and progress to the slackline, working their way up or across the climbing walls or cargo nets or the youth ninja warrior course IT'S ALL ABOUT FUN AND DOING OUR BEST!! There is plenty to do and learn here at The Climbing Place, "where it's OK to climb the walls"! MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 5 PARTICIPANTS FOR CLASS. Dates TBA
SUMMER CAMP "Camp Rockaneering":
Join our summer camp "CAMP ROCKANEERING" rock climbing with a creative mountaineering twist!
Learn rock climbing techniques & skills, knots, slacklining, and "beginning parkour" in a positive and creative environment.
Physically challenging--builds stamina, strength, flexibility and balance. But also works the mind with cognitive & problem solving skills, creativity, communication and good sportsmanship. Camp begins the week of June 1 and runs weekly thru Aug 21. We offer 1/2 day camps (8 am-12 noon), the cost is $125 per child for non members (MEMBERS $100 per child).
