BIRTHDAY PARTY
Where You Can Climb The Walls and It’s OK!

Welcome to The Climbing Place. We would be happy to schedule your child's birthday party here at The Climbing Place and will work hard to ensure that you are pleased with your visit. The following points will be beneficial to you in planning your party:
Every person in the facility (parents as well) will need to sign The Climbing Place waiver release. Anyone who is under 18 years of age will need a parent's signature. This may be downloaded from our web site (printable waiver) or you may do the e-waiver on-line or choose to complete upon arrival.
The cost for a birthday party will be $150 PLUS $5 for each child age 3-12. For those 13 years of age and older, to include adults who climb, it will be $15. If the party is for 2 yrs, it will be $150 plus $3 for the 2 yrs and the above prices for others.
Your deposit of $50 reserves your party for 2 ½ hours and goes toward your balance on the day of the party. Party cancellations need to be made a week before the party date; otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. You can bring your decorations (no tape on the painted walls), cake, ice cream or "order in" whatever you like. We do not dictate a certain way for your party; all we ask is for you to be safe and have fun climbing.
Members will receive a 10% discount off the total price.
THE FIRST ½ HOUR IS FOR CHECKING IN, MAKING SURE ALL HAVE WAIVERS, PREPARING THE CHILDREN WITH THEIR HARNESS AND SHOES AND ORIENTATION.
You must end your party on time since there is only ½ hour between your party and the next party.
Supervision is required by parents at all times.
